After my spray gun stopped working I contacted Wagner who responded immediately to help me troubleshoot the issue. Unable to solve it, they sent replacement parts the same day. Awesome customer service by Justine, super impressed and will definitely be purchasing Wagner products again!

After few hours of use the Universal Sprayer control pro 150 airless just started leaking! There are no parts for that part they said! Just because my husband purchased it with his Powerpass card at Bunnings it cannot be refunded. Brilliant! So we are left with a useless machine that cannot be repaired. Well done Wagner.

The most utter rude customer service i have ever had! Absolutely appalling, still in shock at how rude that lady over the phone was. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, rang the hotline number to ask about a spray tan machine and all i could hear was very loud laughing in the background to the point i couldn't actually hear what the rude lady was saying i said " sorry i can't hear you " she responded with " well we have a birthday here " then said "i can't help you " and hung up!! she needs a reality check & lesson how to communicate when working in customer service.

I recently purchased a new Airless Sprayer Plus still in the box from a gentleman who bought it and had great plans for it. Unfortunately he suffered a medical problem and was unable to use it. The compressor failed after two to three hours use and was taken to a Wagner agent who informed me the unit was not repairable and recommended I contact Wagner. As the sprayer had been on-sold to me, they informed me that they were not liable to offer any warranty. The agent confirmed the unit had minimal use. I'm surprised given the unit had so little use Wagner would not offer any support whatsoever.

I recently switched from Graco to Wagner and ill never look back! Wagner's advanced technology in spraying not only saves my company money in paint usage it also leaves a quality finish. I had the pleasure of dealing with Todd Smith when purchasing my Wagner unit and was quite pleased with his prompt & reliable service.
