I ordered on 2nd September. After repeated emails with no response I made a phone call, I was told by Shae Davis 3 weeks ago she would follow it up and send me an email. Im still waiting for that email. Its almost been 3 months and my order hasnt been shipped. Suggest avoiding.

They don't deserve your patronage. Dreadful communication. Pretty much a catastrophe dealing with this company even after they have your money. Shop elsewhere as you may never get your goods even after you have paid for them. I prefer to deal with Australia ( my own country ) but I receive superior service from other countries. They do not deserve to succeed in business.

I had a consultation and a tour with Adrian who committed to formulating my sample in the next few weeks. I emailed him multiple times and was always assured he was working on it or it would be in the post that week or dispatched asap. I called but he was never available to take my call and never called me back. I continued to leave messages and emails but had no response. I continued to invest in other areas of the business while waiting on this sample for months. It never materialised and I was never called back. If I could give zero stars I would. I have zero confidence in their ability to fulfil on their promises, or simply do business. But far worse than that, they string people along for months with false promises.
