        Fantastic quality! Great service and advice from Tom, Danny & Gina. My favourite is the 50mm (2") Rib-eye on the bone. It's the best I have ever tasted. However as you would do with any true master of their art, ask Tommy to guide you on your choice of cut. The result is ruly restaurant grade in your own home!
