        Seems every week i need to phone about inability to empty bins correctly. Rates are all about lunches and inflated staff numbers with too much time on their hands. Would say they are the worse council (probably true) but local councils in general are a waste of time and money

        Only I couldn't rate lower than one star, terrible service, you talk with bully, gold hunter, only they care about is your money, they will never review or thinking about helping people, when you asking for review with a Fair, they say that they are review but never change their minds of charging fine.
