Jim, Nannette and their fellow builders, especially Joshua, did a magnificent job in building a new bathroom for my elderly parents. I couldn't be happier with their work. They far exceeded my expectations. Their quality of work is of an exceptionally high standard and they took their time to think of everything an elderly person with Alzheimers needs to have when using the bathroom, ranging from non-slip tiles, positioning of railings, installation of bathroom fittings that are designed especially for the elderly with arthritis i.e.taps that can be opened and closed with ease. They even thought of putting in special door hinges on the bath room entrance door so it can can easily be lifted off the hinges if my parents happened to fall in front of the door and require emergency services to get to them. They also cleverly designed the bathroom where a wheel chair can easily be maneuvered around. At the same time they build a beautiful bathroom that doesnt reflect a hospital looking bathroom. Jim and Nannettes attention to detail is exceptional, they were always on time, courteous and sensitive to my parents advanced years. I highly recommend them. Very Impressed. John Trip.
