Im really enjoying Nics Yoga classes. Her instructions are clear, she is encouraging & provides positive guidance to assist me in improving my poses. These classes are both physical & emotionally rewarding and an excellent way to maintain a clear & positive mindset. Highly recommended

I love the small class - max 6 students! Much prefer this than the big barn type classes, much better value. Nic's instructions are clear. I am usually a bit challenged at some point, but come away feeling relaxed. Nice atmosphere, essential oil diffuser, very clean. Bonus chilled out Service Dog/s.

I love Nic's yoga classes. She is a very experienced teacher and creates a calming environment. The classes are always different, and you leave feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

Such a calm and relaxing environment for my weekly unwind. Nic is so passionate about yoga and has been great at adjusting instructions to suit my individual needs. Highly recommend!
