We came here to visit as it was one of the few accomodations left available to book in Ballarat. We came to Ballarat to visit Sovereign Hill, and this place was right around the corner from it. We had the whole place to ourselves - there was no one else there. While the main interior of the room was rather clean, the bathroom was left a little dirty and could do with a bit more cleaning. There was a smart TV, a dining table and a relatively large kitchen, and two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The place was relatively modern, and you get access to a swimming pool and a gym however they are located at Federation University in Mount Helen. Altogether this was a pretty good place close to some of the main attractions in Ballarat.
