        Pros; Staff friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was clean. Cons; Not worth the $160/night I was charged for my two night stay ($320) Room was not serviced on second day Bare minimum of furniture and sundries (tea, instant coffee, milk etc. in room. Ill look elsewhere when staying in Ballarat in future.

        The wife and I stayed here for a week and could not fault the motel. It was close to my sons home and tourist locations locations and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Room was very nice,bed was comfortable.
