Such a horrible experience at this chemist warehouse, My mom was trying a foundation tester on her face she didnt realise she spilled her coffee, as we were at the counter two staffs who came up to us (one with glasses and curly hair)screaming saying excuse me did you spill you coffee she grabbed the tissue box and she said clean up you mess, we said sorry we didnt realise as it was a few drops of coffee she had so much attitude and she said now you have realised you have to clean it up i said we are not gonna clean it up, especially after the way she spoke to us infront of other customers she said youre not allowed to come to this store anymore leave before I call centre management there was no store manager at this store and thats why the staffs were behaving like that acting like they own the store, please dont go to this store I really dont want anyone to experience what I have experienced, its actually terrifying staffs are working there but kinda seems theyre forced to work there.

The security guard physically grabbed my shopping bag and stuck his hands into it and flipped items around to search. I dont know where you managed to hire the worst security guard from hell. Had the worst shopping experience there ever. He basically physically blocked me from the exit and accused me of hiding things, after I showed him the bag with items bought from another store which triggered the security alarm, this I understand. But he used an accusing tone and asked me why did it beep, and looked me up and down as if to find where I hid things. I had a sleeping baby in a pram, and as a small Asian female I felt instantly threatened and humiliated. I said go ahead and search my nappy bag, but I will expect an apology if he finds nothing. The security guard just said, if you have done nothing wrong then why are you angry. Is there something wrong with him? To say things like this? And when I complained to the store manager, she simply didnt care, just said too many people stealing these days. Okay so now I can see is chemist warehouse giving stuff training so they can treat people like thieves?
