if i could give a 0 star review i honestly would there are so many things wrong with what the orthodontist is doing that i would be writing forever, but here are some of the major issues: 1. she casually chats with her assistant while poking her wires on my gums and cheeks, i had bleeds because she was not paying attention 2. she does not update on the situation consistently; tells me i can get my braces taken off by christmas break, now tells me that its unknown when they will be taken off 3. is highly unqualified, told me to put elastics on for a month and even though i forgot to, she said that it improved a lot on the next appointment, also forgot to put the bands on to secure the wire once and i ended up with my whole mouth full of blood from my lip get treatment somewhere else, this orthodontist is demon dentist but in real life

My experience with my son's treatment is not good and we are not happy with the outcome. This doctor rarely gives any update or explanation during the course of the treatment. When it finishes and the outcome is poor, there is not much that can be done...Regret that we have made the wrong decision.

a lot of time and money spent only to have a poor outcome and further issues, such a joke :(
