Glen Waverley General Practice

This is the most unprofessional doctor I have met. I attended for cervical cancer testing and specimen was collected and she demanded that appointment be made 10 days later. The report came back to say that the collection was flawed. Rather than calling the patient or apologising when I attended the clinic, she just snubbed me off. DO NOT ATTEND CLINIC or use Dr Helen Feng. She was unprofessional and unhelpful. A simple collection and she didnt even do it properly or have the decency to u firm patient early for the error or apologise. Specimen taken 7 Feb and report returned 10 Feb. apt was 17 Feb.

I have not received any SMS or email about the success of the appointment. The waiting time is more than 40 minutes. If you have a plan for the time, please do not choose them

We always go see Dr Helen Feng. She is very focused and knowledgeable. She always remembers the members of the family and seems to generally care. We have full confidence in her and we are very happy to call her our family doctor.

Waited long time for my appointment. Doctor Helen Feng was impatient, rushing me out of the door to see the next patient. Didn't show empathy and perform duty of care. Doubted if I had a medical condition. Unprofessional. Won't come again.

We have been here for years to see Dr Helen Feng who is our family doctor (not just any GP). She demonstrates great knowledge in all our family matters from general cold flu to specialized illnesses but I especially trust her care in tending to my two young children. In fact, my elder son who is now 3 has seen her since I was pregnant to now and my younger daughter as well. Doctor Helen also shows great empathy and patience in her diagnosis and treatment. There have been numerous times she has given me not just medical but also mental support and our family are extremely fortunate to have found her and will also use her our go to family doctor. The only time I did not book with Helen is only when she goes away on holidays prior to Covid. I would highly recommend her and the Glen Waverley practice to everyone if they are looking for a convenient yet experienced doctor.
