Extremely poor customer service from Tracy Liu on Monday. She didnt want to help to written a email to relatives department , even ring the phone to relatives department , she didnt has patient to wait on the phone, all the issues just put it back on me and requested me to contact with , Im actually so disappointed, and she even doesnt want to give her name card as she knew at the time she didnt help to solve my issues and just wants to go home.

Extremely sarcastic and rude staff. The staff asked me to be 100% sure about my request, since it was impossible to change my mind for pausing a policy, when I questioned back, the lady said "oh it's just a lot of trouble for me to process it if you change your mind." Ex me!? Not to mention constantly being sarcastic at every question I asked, and telling me off, throw in shade.
