I taken my wife to your centre yesterday. She is still uncomfortable her nose after procedure with oxygen. Also no ask option for tea or coffee after her wake up. I saw nurse no smiling and greetings . Disappointed and feeling very different as used be.

Attended the clinic for a gastroscopy. Very friendly service from the reception, nurse and doctors. I was made extremely comfortable. Was given coffee and biscuits after waking up. Continued to check on me as I was coughing a bit. Was nervous prior to the examination but the nurses and doctors put my mind at ease. They even gave me a brief printout with the initial findings to take home. Parking at rear.

I attended the Glen Endoscopy for a colonoscopy on the 28th Feb 2023. It was a very positive experience. All staff, from reception staff through to clinical staff and the doctors were very friendly, professional, and calmed any concerns I may have had. The clinical area was clean and organised. The procedure from start to finish was handled very professionally and efficiently. I am very impressed by this facility and all staff. Also the cost was surprisingly reasonable for such a well run clinic.
