My family member had joined a birthday party group, they had lot of heart beating fun time there. Many laughter talk about what they thought and what they did after the game. Easy location.

It was mid, Mr John's customer service has some desperate need for some love while the room itself refused to open doors when we clearly had the right answer. For some reason some people enjoyed themselves.

Very rude staff. They required us to come 10-15mins earlier, but there was no one at the reception by the time we arrived. After 5mins later, the staff finally opened the door which let the family who arrived the latest to get it without waiting for us and another group to go inside. The door was close again and the family who got in did not have any intention to open the door for us. Another 5mins, the staff finally opened the door and let us in. He ruled us to put the phone inside the locker when we could not hear what he said. The room was just ok. My friends who cannot read Chinese felt quite struggled to encode the tasks in the 5 holy pearls game. At the end, the rude staff just opened the escape room door and simply said "you are done!" and then he just disappeared. Overall, the staff was very unwelcoming and not friendly. We came there to celebrate birthday but the rude staff upset us quite a lot.
