Ive absolutely loved FlowSt8 since the very first session! All the instructors live and breathe the philosophy and the studio itself feels like a haven. I love having a different workout everyday across so many modalities that leaves me feeling balanced and centred.

Incredible place. Value for money in amazing. Owners are friendly, very knowledgeable and just all round legends to get to know. Great range of classes, ranging in both physical and mental health. Recovery centre is next level. 2 ice baths to relax and fully submerge in, great sauna and recovery boots. For someone that does a lot of endurance trail running, the fact that all this is in one place to easily use, at this quality level is amazing. Cons: Still yet to find any.

Amazing facilities. Would recommend to anyone! Rhys and Marko are two of the best blokes youll meet. Extremely helpful in guiding you through sauna and cold water exposure especially if youre new to the caper. Have tried few other recovery facilities but this is hands down the best. Priced extremely well as you have access to all 3 services rather than paying for each individually. Love the place.

This is not your regular workout studio where you rock up with your headphones, sweat then go home. This is a cutting edge wellness hub that is built on community, care and powerful results that reap psychical and mental benefits. Marko and Rhys, the owners of Flow ST8 live and breathe what they teach and they genuinely take care of each person that walks into the studio. They have built a classy stellar studio that doesnt have an ounce of pretentiousness and everyone Ive met at Flow ST8 are lovely people. The movement classes have benefited me greatly as a lot of the exercises target smaller muscle groups, the facia & the joints which has been strengthening and healing. My mental well-being has also improved dramatically since coupling the classes with the recovery room which entails a sauna, ice bath and compression boots. Im truly grateful that this studio exists, Ive been looking for a place like this for a very long time
