Plants Direct Australia

I have dealt with Tim at Plants Direct Australia (Birregurra) and he is brilliant. He knows his stuff and the stock from this nursery is of exceptional quality (and Im VERY picky about the quality of trees I use on my projects). I have never had to send plants back, which is a sign theyre doing well in my eyes!

Absolutely the worst place ever, plants arrived destroyed and just wrapped in sticky tape crushing the plants. Half of order never arrived when questioned about it they just stopped all communications. Do not buy from these people.

Ordered orchids what came is half the size of the photos with no fresh buds - one flower already died off - I could be these at the store for $25 each and I paid $45. They will not do anything to rectify- not even a partial refund. I opened a case with paypal

Super salesman owner turns awful when queried. We purchased over $ 1070.00 worth of plants which were all way undersized, not as promised in height and did not accept delivery. Couldn't get our money returned so was told to wait while they grew them.In the meantime we purchased some others from another local business which are all now thriving. The plants from Plants Direct , planted in the same position are now mainly dead. No chance of any replacement we were told by the owner.Your fault ! Risks of buying online with no chance of return or replacement too risky. Go to the nursery so you can actually see what your paying for !
