        TAC... Are a joke because I have not needed a taxi through them for six months after my accident with a car...HIT, RUN... I've just had some surgery done on my ankles to fix my tendon and removed pin's...I rang and asked if it's possible to get a one of taxt to get to my surgeons rooms for a follow up... But I got told that I have to wait to receive a call from the department that takes care of the taxi request and that it may not be today... I'm still receiving assistance from TAC... But unable to get help with a taxi because we're I'm living at the moment there are shady people who have made drama with the regular 13 caps .. And every time I request a taxi... They arrive and then take off... Without a explanation...

        Absolutely appalling - they do not even deserve one star. Their mismanagement of cases and willingness to provide false and misleading information to people is deplorable. Don't bother making a formal complaint as they will simply ignore you. I am proceeding with legal action at this point.
