A community of beautiful people who are all about their clients needs. My sister began her journey with FHC about 2 years ago when we engaged their services for respite. The experience was so positive I started the journey toward full time care for her, over the year increasing the respite length. She has now been in her share house for 9 months with the care of FHC and we have been so impressed. The focus is always on the clients needs and wants. Making them happy, safe and valued in their own home is paramount. The attention to detail to not only my sister but the other clients to ensure that the relationships are strong, providing fun and meaningful engagement, and going the extra mile to get the smiles and delight at every opportunity. Food, cleaning, provisions, visitors, other care providers, etc are all a credit to the management team to who they employ. There are occassionally problems that arise; as they do in life but it is always met with open communication and only ever the right intent and focus to have the matter sorted. We could not be happier with the transition process, the team and handling of changes as they come about. Everyone is valued and respected, as a family we say thank you.
