Pathetic, dodgy invoices. TTP claiming without proving eligibility or discussing with me the client. Did not send a service agreement copy. Reported to fraud NDIS. do not like it when clients stand up for themselves either.

Staff were nice and friendly WHILE going there. HOWEVER, we moved far away. While ending our child's sessions with them, they provided no supporting information, no file/information was ever offered, no records of file notes or anything (just session notes already sent). No transition was done to closing my daughters service and file. Actually they told us, we will help you with anything you need during the move but then closed the case as quick as they could meaning anything we required while transitioning between them to our new service, they just said oh we closed your file and cannot help you. Always handballing anything even important information to NDIS. Extremelly disappointed in their poor management. They just checked the close file box and that's it. Very poor. I am considering lodging a formal complaint. We even needed information from them for our new NDIS assessment (which they were aware of the NDIS plan review coming up as soon as we moved), unlike their promise to help us with whatever we needed during and directly after our relocation, they didn't do. We lost funding because our new providers had not been able to see our child yet but Access Your Supports, said no, we can't help with your review because your case is closed. Empty promises. They wouldn't even support us by stepping in knowing we had a NDIS plan review just after we moved and would provide no support whatsoever with the plan after seeing our child for over one year. Luckily, I am very diligent with my records and have every email and text from them on file. I would not recommend.
