Booked online for a group. Arrived and the place has been shut down by the food safety act. Official notice taped to the window since Feb 1. No information anywhere and they still allow online bookings. Go next door to Korean bbq all you can eat. Its worth it

Booked online 3 weeks ago and they cancelled our reservation 5 hours before the time it was booked for. Ruined our valentines day plans. Reading another recent review said the place has been closed for 2 weeks - shame they didn't cancel our booking then so we could of made other plans.

Ate here pre COVID and it was awesome, thought I'd revisit but it's gone downhill. Mains came out at different times, half my table had finished before some of us got our meals and when I got my pork belly it was overcooked and dry, actually couldn't eat it all and I love my pork belly! Service was inexperienced (not trained properly), got the wrong drinks, no prices on drinks menu, way overpriced. Very ordinary.

PLEASE!!!!! DONT GO HERE!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This place is an absolute disgrace. The staff had no idea what they were doing, some girls first shift and she was getting no training what so ever, she had no clue. Entrees were basic, I swear they came from coles and were just deep fried. The tables werent cleared after we finished, they came past and ignored it multiple times, even when they delivered ONE main. Still ignored. I asked what the dish was and i wasnt sure if was mine or my partners, and was told it was pork or steak? Which is it?? My main didnt come out at all.. I decided to take the dishes up myself and ask after waiting 15min for my food. I was told it would be another 5 or so minutes. So basically my partner was to eat while it was hot or wait for mine and eat it stone cold. Some poor couple had the same experience. One main came out, and the other they were waiting on. The music that was playing was spotify but with ads, so the free spotify. and the playlist was not appropriate AT ALL. Two songs in a row that had constant swearing . Music was super loud too. Its a spanish restaurant.... play appropriate music. Not club music!!! Not the place to take children. Its really sad because this place used to be amazing!! The food and service used to be amazing. But unfortunately there is new management and its now gone to the dog house. Really dissapointing. Also this is directly to the owner. Stop blaming your staff in previous posts. This is your problem! You are a horrible boss and business person. I'd honestly get better service at Maccas. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!
