She conducted due diligence to discover an unapparent but significant error with the vendor's contract of sale; this allowed for a revised contract with terms much more in my favour. Vittoria Destefano, came highly regarded as the best in the business, and she did not let me down, she was incredibly generous with her time and her knowledge. I wished i'd met her sooner as her no nonsence approach would have saved me thousands in other issues. Will go out of my way to recommend her and Harwood Andrews in the future.
