This place is located in Geelong in a heritage Church, which is now restored and converted in into an Indian restaurant serving amazing food. . The dishes we tried are: swipe to see tandoori mushroom & chicken tikka for starters chicken curry paneer butter masala garlic naann Chicken biryani . Now that restrictions are easing- go for a road trip to Geelong and do visit @charchaindianrestaurant

This place always offered good quality curry. But not sure whats happening these days.I had bad experience when I ate chicken chilly curry few weeks back and today i had worst experience with Biryani. It was more fried rice than biryani and it was not fresh at all.

Just want to share my experience about trying the charcha restaurant for first time. It was really horrible. The serve of the curry is really less and not enough as compared to price. Was served burnt roti. It is really disappointing. When ask from the girl about the refund of those things. She refuses first and says we can replace it. And I was happy for that as well. And ask her about the burnt roti to be replaced as well. Her answer was ABB APKO DONO CHEEZE HAM REPLACE KR K DE . You might be the person who eat burnt food I am not the one.

Great taste, loved it. Stopped taking take-ways coz once they charged me more than uber eats menu price & told me uber did not update their price chart.

Ordered some T/A curries Last night and we found some hair in the curry and plus the taste wasnt great either. Wouldnt go back there and recommend it to anyone else.
