Not even open. Google tells you to go to the head office which is not open to the public. And then the actual branch other end of city which for people with Disabilities is challenging to find it with a sign on door closed since last year. I can only assume its Covid related but everything else is now open. So it seems an little nonsensical that they are b still closed into March 2022

My name is Devorah Rosen and I am an internationally recognized Australian Visual Artist with a disability. I had requested an urgent Plan Review Meeting due to the extenuating circumstance of approx. $8,000 of my NDIS funding having been stolen recently, resulting in extreme hardship. The Plan Reviewers's name was Mariana Voggenreiter. Over the past two weeks I had made certain to compile and send accurate, detailed vital documents pertaining to my current situation and purpose of my Plan Review. I had sent, as requested, the following documents, to the email: [email protected] with my name and NDIS number in the subject line. 1- A detailed letter from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the Fraud Reporting Commission detailing the current investigation regarding approx. $8,000 having been recently fraudulently invoiced from my NDIS funding. 2- A detailed report and assessment from allied health professional. 3- A formal and signed letter from my landlord. As soon as she called, at 9.15 am on 21/9/2020, I asked Mariana, if she could please confirm that she had received all the documents I had sent her. She replied vaguely that she had some documents, she was not sure if they were the right ones, she will check her recent mail. After a ten minute wait, Mariana told me that she might have received my documents, she had not checked her emails recently, but never mind, we would proceed with the review anyway. The Plan Review Meeting was supposed to address the urgent issue that almost all my funding had been stolen meant for my health and everyday needs. The fact that the Plan Reviewer, Mariana Voggenreiter, had lost or misplaced my documents is not an admin issue, considering the weight and urgency of my request and needs, it is negligence. Now, I am an upholder of the rights of the disabled in all contexts and have used my skills and public voice to speak out against injustices. However, my NDIS Plan Reviewer, Mariana Voggenreiter is deaf, and the entire meeting was interpreted to her via Auslan, Sign Language. I was forced to repeat many of my sentences three or four times, and even then Mariana had not understood, despite that I was speaking in clear, articulate and concise language. I ended up receiving very minimal funding as a direct result, and now, with an online international following of at least several hundred thousand, I have no home, no access to my medicine and no knowledge of where my next meal will be coming from.
