I asked for gluten free and could only order med or lge. I watched as the owner did not change his gloves when handling my pizza when the pizza was cooked removed the pizza from the tray with the same shovel and placed it on the pizza stone oven that normal pizzas where cook on and then cut the pizza with the cutter that was used for normal pizzas. If anyone has been glutened you will understand the horrific outcome from cross contamination. When I said that I could not eat it and explained the cross contamination I witnessed he said he was certified by the coeliac society. Please if you are a coeliac dont risk it. For the lovely sum of $25 I had tomatoes on toast. Dietary restrictions: No idea about cross contamination re coeliac disease

We were really looking forward to ordering from Silvio's after reading the rave reviews here. I even drove 20 min to pick up! Unfortunately the experience was very underwhelming. The order (2 pizzas) took over 30 min to prepare on a quiet evening, and the result was not particularly great. Not terrible, just average - which was surprising given how highly Silvio's was recommended. Dietary restrictions: Has gluten free bases.

There is nothing authentic about this place/guy. Excuses after another for the poor quality. Nasty & angry little man.
