I was not given satisfactory customer service by the young blond receptionist. She behaved totally put out when I asked for sample jars, saying "where am I supposed to find them". She then kept insisting I take appointments before 9 am or after 3 when I worked, telling me I had to take day off work in order to fit in with her, or I would have to go elsewhere . My availability was only between 9-3, so I got one in 4 months. It was my first time there and I had unknowingly parked in wrong spot. Fair enough She snapped at me for it, but had posted a huge rude letter on my car
