Sweet Cheeks Cocktail & Dessert Lounge

For a dessert bar they need to get organized. Was absolutely no food available as had a 50th was on. Pretty sure that would have been booked in advance so so should have prepared accordingly. Had two cocktails, one was good, the other was rocket fuel. Not likely to return and will warn my friends off this place, such a giant disappointment.

Didnt even make it to sweet cheeks before I got a message saying they are not serving food and that if I try to cancel I will be charged a cancellation fee. Pretty sure this is a violation of Victorian consumer law.

Worse customer service waited more than 30 mins for a coffee we had not received we were also not told whilst upon entering there was no chef and upon waiting more than 30 mins we went spoke about the coffee the waitress assured we would get in 2 mins , along that time she was doing training for the new staff and we sat there waiting for another 15 mins and still no coffee we approached another team member and she told it will be here in 2 mins still no coffee at this point we were frustrated since having to wait so long and at last we asked again for the coffee and was told to wait therefore we asked for a takeaway which we finally received after getting the coffee she mentioned they didnt revive the order she should have checked with us first , wouldnt recommend just due to the poor lack of customer service
