        Although the product range, price and service are all very good, the online service allowing you to make or change an eye-test appointment is hopeless. I made an appointment, then had to re-schedule it. That worked fine until my original booking had passed and I got a notice that I had missed that appointment. The rescheduled appointment went fine, but later that afternoon I got another email saying my eye test booking was overdue from February???? (today is the 28th March). The Specsavers IT department have a bit of work do do.

        Ive been attending Specsavers in Geelong for several years now and I highly recommend them for quality eyewear and their affordable prices along with high standards of professionalism. Huge range of designer brands for frames. Staff are very helpful and always warm and welcoming. Much appreciate their assistance at all times. Definitely 5 Stars.

        Made to feel welcome, cleanliness and safety during this covid time was a huge consideration on their part. The staff were great. Quick and easy appointments but openly supportive of my requests and concerns.

        I went in really scared due to an optometrist at another place, when Jess came and got me for my preliminaries I was petrified but all ended up great. Brook the optometrist was also great calmed me down and I ended up getting good news.I came out being happy as Larry. Thankyou Specsavers Ryrie Street Geelong.
