        As some one else mentioned, they issue bulk reports to builders without actually inspecting for defects and conformance. If you see checkpoint reports provided by your builder. Tell them you dont accept and would like to go independent. White collar scammers.

        The worst . 6 months into build and they could not tell me who my surveyor. Emailed and called waited 2 weeks with no response. When I asked to speak to a manager they just hang up the phone. horrendous dont trust your build with them.

        They missed so many non conformances it wasn't funny. Definitely were in the Builders pocket and not mine.
