Do not use Service department. I was told I need new rear brakes and rotors on my MY19 Octavia which has 43,000kms on the clock. Also they need to be done in the next 10,000kms. I got my rears checked at an independent workshop and was told they have atleast another 40,000kms to 50,000kms left in them. Bloody dealerships trying to make extra cash.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Zak Issa, who was super upfront, honest and easygoing throughout the process. I was super keen on a used car I saw on Carsales, and even though the price was later raised, Zak honoured the original price that had been listed when we had first made the appointment and patiently answered other questions I had as it was my first car purchase. I eventually didn't take the car because of personal reasons, but Zak was polite, communicative and easygoing throughout without any pressure, which I really appreciated. (The one star off was more because of another colleague's rather less calm response to my decision.)

Bought my car from Peninsula Skoda and honestly best experience ever; the gentleman who helped us was Steven - amazing, extremely knowledgable and very friendly, made us feel comfortable and not pressured at all. He made the experience of buying a new car a very smooth and exciting one, highly recommend coming to see Steven! You're in good hands!
