I found having Andre help me with everything from searching to finding the right home perfect especially since I had a 2 week hospital admission while I was trying to find a home and fortunately by the time I got out I was able to look at the right place that I had chosen from a group Andre had found and I ended up buying the fourth place and I will be moving in the middle of the month, he has assisted from the start to finish and even with the final inspection and making sure I understand everything that needs to be done before moving in like a building inspection, and when to pay the deposit etc.. We were first home buyers and was completely overwhelmed by the whole process. My husband does shift-work, I was juggling an active toddler and working - so I was time poor and simply didnt have the mental capacity to dedicate time into researching homes, neighbourhoods ect. I found Bright Property Buyers Advocates due to his glowing google reviews and I couldnt fault the process at all. Andre is friendly, listened to our needs and had a wealth of knowledge. We could tell he really wanted the best for us and wasnt pushing for us to buy anything we were unsure off. He was sure to do his due diligence on the houses we inspected and presented us with information we wouldnt have been able to find out for ourselves. We are now about to move into a lovely home that was pre-market and well below our budget - we are certain we would have never done it without his help and his connections with the real estate agents. The value that Andre brings is incredible and worth every cent. He sorted everything from start to finish with constant communication. We were moving interstate and buying a property. Andre was extraordinary. That great mix of professional and personable. He had a depth of knowledge about the Peninsula, and an uncanny ability to find appropriate properties. Along the way he helped us think through issues and problem solve. He kept us informed,and connected us with other useful people. He was there with us right through to taking ownership of our new home.
