Chloe at Harcourts did an outstanding job of picking up the pieces after poor experience with tenants which ended up at VCAT. The result from VCAT was very satisfactory for the circumstances. I cannot speak highly enough of Chloe's dedication to doing the job in trying circumstances.

Harcourts Frankston have been so immensely supportive on my journey of living out of home. Lily and Chloe were my property managers from when I first moved out of home in 2019-current. I have always felt very supported and appreciate their strong communication. They have made my current move journey very comfortable.
