Weve rented a property from Barry Plant Frankston for the last 3 years and the staff are the best we have ever dealt with. Emma in particular was amazing as our property manager, always easily contactable and quick to respond and action any requests, great at communicating with us and always happy to assist with any questions or queries we had. Highly recommend the team at Barry Plant Frankston, they are second to none and take care of their tenants.

Matt Comer from Barry Plant is one of the most driven hard working people iv met in some time ,I met Matt on a late Sunday morning , he was walking through the area depositing paper slips into letter boxes advertising his ability to help buy or sell property or just give a valuation of your property for your knowledge base . A few months later ,my Partner and I have developed some serious medical situations which has caused us to have to relocate to a slower more relaxed location , and I decided to use Matt, due to him genuinely working with enthusiasm and dedication and respect to get what we need ,and respect to him for trying to grow his business . ( I like go getters). Their where even further complications which we had develop, which increased the complexity of the situation., Matt went out of his way, patiently and thoroughly to make the process as painless as possible . Matt charged us for his work 100% fairly , and took into account what was going on , and took care of all aspects he had the ability to control , making it far less stressful , Matt maximised our sale to its full ,and followed us up even after we moved , any questions we had, he would get an answer , I will go so far as to say , if I ever could be in the situation again to use his services , I 100% will. Jenny Ho at Frankston is the most efficient Real Estate Rental Management representative I have had the pleasure to deal with. The unfortunate circumstance of the death of a tenant was handled in an efficient manner but with tact and dignity, and all aspects of the aftermath dealt with, without my having to attend. Jenny has arranged the cleaning, repairs, presentation and arrangements for re-letting the property, and kept me informed at every step of the way. Very deserving of the 5 stars!
