In purchasing our first home and having thousands of questions he was always prompt with replying, very informative and nothing was ever a bother regardless of the time of day we decided we had to know something. He made the entire process stress free and should we ever decide to buy again we wouldn't go anywhere else.

        After being stuffed around by a previous broker, we got in touch with Phil to get a loan sorted in a hurry. Nothing was too much effort, and both Phil and Fiona went far and beyond what they needed to do to make sure it was all going right. Highly recommended.
