We have used LVI thermasoft over the last couple of years to gradually get our house updated with modern heaters. From day one when we first contacted Stuart everything has been so easy and straightforward. From arranging what we needed with Stuart through to installation with Tony, nothing has been a problem for them and everything has been 100% customer based. They have definitely talked themselves out of money by advising us on more cost effective options in heater sizes. At last, we have a heating system that is great! We live in Woodend and before we had a split system, which was not able provide constant heating when the temperature goes below 5, and we get alot of days and nights when the temperature is very cold. The LVI Thermosoft system is excellent as it provides constant heat without any noise. It is easy to control and easy to install. We thoroughly recommend this product, it is a solution that meets our home heating requirements.

When converting our garage into an office/rec room, we started looking into how to heat the space. We didn't want dry, blowing heat or the dusty smells that can come with some radiators. Luckily, we came across the Parada Oil-Filled Electric Radiator on the LVI Thermosoft website. They sounded like a great fit so we spoke to Marty, who was very helpful. He recommended we needed two units to comfortably heat our space. Our garage is now an office and a rec room and we couldn't be happier with these radiators. They emit a lovely, warm radiant heat that is nice and toasty but never too hot or uncomfortable. They don't use much power, do not smell at all and the room is heated to a lovely warmth. Not only that, they look sleek and modern with the completely flat front face. We are glad we followed Marty's advice to get two units based on our space, as if we had gone with only one unit (for our space) it may not have been the same outcome. They are also very easy to operate, in fact I have left them on the default setttings so far and that does the job nicely. We are very happy with these radiators and would highly recommend them.
