Deep Blue

Abysmal service! I waited for almost 30 minutes as no one was there. (The sign said back in 10.) I couldnt wait any longer so I rang the business number and lo and behold the staff member came out of Aldi and reluctantly served me. Maybe if the counter isnt staffed taking the flowers and leaving a note to call my mobile for payment would be an option but honestly if I had a choice I would go elsewhere.

Love her so much! She always greets me with a smile and asks about my day! She remembers me each time I go back! Could not ask for a better florist she truely makes my day!

For only a small booth style florist there was a good range of very healthy flowers to choose from. I chose a bunch of 5 dark red gladioli flowers in bud and only just starting to open up. They are beautiful and look so lovely in my tall vase. I've had them for two full days and they are just as lovely and fresh as when I bought them and I'm sure they'll last right through the festive season. The service was very friendly and the flowers were beautifully wrapped in olive green shiny paper.

No one was there to serve us. Had waited longer than 10 minutes and didnt even get a hello or thanks for waiting. She snatched flowers from me and measly put them together. 1. She didnt even put together the flowers I chose 2. She threw them in one gold wrap and chucked sticky tape on it. They werent presentable let alone worth the price. Customer service was very poor
