Very disappointed chips for a min was pathetic and half cooked enough to not feed two kids:( pineapple fritter covered in sugar no batter:( devastated

I love your food, im a regular customer.. but every time i order minimum of chips with the rest of our order, you give us a dollar worth of chips, rather than putting our chips in a seperate box. If we oreder your minimum of chips which is around 3.50-4$ Id like the proper amount please, other than that foods great

The food here was really good when we went there the first time. But had it twice since and has been inedible, extremely thick layer of undercooked batter, bones in the flake, it has been so greasy and fowl.

Came in today to order, took 15 mins to take my order as they were clearly under the pump. When I asked how long it would be I was advised 10 minutes. Came back 10 minutes later and was told she was yet to start my order. I then asked realistically how long, and was advised another 10 minutes as she had to pick up the phone to take orders. Another 10 minutes later, no order. My burgers got made, with toppings missing after sitting in bay marie for 5 minutes, got taken out and toppings added then put back. Was then asked what else was ordered as perhaps lost the ticket/order? Advised of the order, another 20 minutes go by and finally got the food to go home. Arrived home, 2 x potato cakes missing, dim sims cold in the middle and burger Pattie is cold in the middle. Im never one to complain but the place in shambles. If the order is going to take an hour just say so in the beginning, and perhaps if youre so under the pump dont take more orders if you cant do the ones you have.
