I love the dumplings at this place, best Ive ever had but their service is appalling. Taking in so many Uber eats and menu log orders leaves them forgetting the customers actually IN the restaurant. I had to order on menu log to pick up because they didnt answer the phone the 7 times I called and you also pay significantly more on the app than you would if they took your order over the phone. The restaurant is so small youre left waiting outside. Was told 10 minutes - waited an hour and 15. Needs a bigger restaurant, more staff and less worrying about cramming in so many orders people in the restaurant have to come up to the counter and ask where their food is. I hate leaving reviews like this but Ive been here that many times and its now just getting ridiculous and making me not want to bother. Wheelchair accessibility: None, dont even bother trying with a pram either.
