Only two tellers and a queue of at least 6 - no idea why staff in the office cubicles cannot help those in the queue who have long queries such as setting up new accounts etc so that those who have quick deposits and withdrawals do not have to wait so long - need more staff, this is so frustrating - looks like I will be spending 15 to 20 minutes and possibly longer waiting to complete my 1 minute transactionFinally served after 15mins and 42 seconds waiting, for a transaction that took 1 min and 32 seconds - thankful to see a staff member come out of her office cubicle to help direct people in the line to quicker options at the flexi teller cubicles - thanks Nab, commonsense and customer service finally arrived!

The bank only had 1 teller on when I was there but she done her job the way she should have

I was on a cruise and I caught Covid again I was at sea and was placed in Isolation for 6 days. I found out that a block had been placed on my Eftpos card, which added to my stress. For 4 days I tried to contact the Fraud Dept.who contacted me (I advised that I would be overseas) OK there is a number to use when abroad, but this number is NOT an EMERGENCY number. Three times I was put on hold for over 1 1/2 hours.I requested that the Dept ring me on the ship..no. By my last call I had had it! I begged to put through to a Manager as it was so urgent not to be on hold again. I was told that he had put me through onn an emergency line ,I waited another 1hr1/2 at least before i was attended to. Why does this Bank not have an Emergency Phone Number? Covid, in Isolation, unable to use my Bank Card and in the middle of an ocean! It was very stressful and very expensive. I note that at present this bank has an Ad. out re the help given to to their clients! I hope that someone will answer this complaint, Is it too much to have (a) an EMERGENCY number as well as the normal overseas contact number, would that mean that the Bank would have to employ more staff?
