I-MED Radiology Network

Had to have scan and referring doctor wanted us to come to this I-MED in Frankston not ones closer to us in Bentleigh or Hampton or others....not sure why. Anyway easy to get to, 30 mins from home. Inside Peninsula Private Hospital which is definitely getting a carpark upgrade or else something very bad has happened. Extremely busy and reception staff completely run off their feet particularly as some sort of computer glitch was happening while we were there so couldn't process payments but will ring later to pay over phone (or else scans free!). No dont worry if I don't hear from them I'll contact them. Hello what sort of person do you think I am? Nurses very good whole place runs like well oiled machine. Give them a pay rise please I-MED. 26.9 OK couldn't pay invoices on day as system down so took to local I-Med in Hampton. Next day noticed hadn't received rebate. Turns out whoever generated invoice had put same name down for referring doctor and provider so couldn't be processed. Only resolved after calls to I-Med Hampton and Medicare. Time spent on phone before resolved? Two hours!!!

Went to IMED RADIOLOGY today and had my appointment with ANN she was just so nice and put my mind at rest Thank you ANN FROM MARION

This is the second time I have been for a ultrasound. I had the same lady. I have very bad bladder problems and unfortunately had to have a full bladder for my scan. I followed all the rules, was there 10 minutes before etc. I had to wait an extra hour to be seen with a full bladder. I was in so much pain and was seen an hour and 20 minutes later. I have been seen by this lady twice and she was extremely disrespectful to someone who was already so vulnerable. Then said we dont have to do the external scan then. Go and empty your bladder. So I just held that for nothing? This is the second time I have had to go through this and I wont be returning. Dont recommend. Go elsewhere.
