I went to see Caitlin to have some Reiki and basically a reset after having a rough few months. Absolutely amazing experience. Total calmness and relaxation. Felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands from the moment i walked in. 100% recommend Flourish Wellness Studio.

Caitlin was amazing with me and my daughter. I have had kinesiology before and she goes above and beyond. It has really helped my daughters mental health. I can't wait to book in again after the holidays

On my first visit I wasnt really sure what kinesiology was or how it worked. I found Caitlin easy to talk to and opened up quickly. When I feel chaotic, uncertain and scattered, I am encouraged to look at aspects of my life with a positive attitude. On leaving the studio, I am usually relaxed, positive and focused. I aim to visit at regular intervals to take some time for myself & to look inward.

Caitlin has such an incredible way of connecting with you and making you feel comfortable. I've had kinesiology before, but my experience here was one where I could really feel the shift and after my appointment I felt calm and balanced in a way I haven't before. I really can't recommend it enough. I also have a number of the Flourish essential oil rollers and a room mist and they are excellent quality and beautiful scents.
