Direct Endoscopy Frankston

Direct endoscopy is worst ever clinic to deal with. I called their number and it just got disconnected. I tried few times and same thing happened. I again tried the same number following day and was put in a queue, and automatically disconnected after 20 minute wait. I called again and had to wait 55 minutes to just got connected. It is so ridiculous what if you would like to cancel an appointment. You have to spent couple of days to get connected or waste your time to go to the clinic to cancel it. Shame on you guys.

Went into have a gastroscopy for a small hiatus hernia. Came out with a massive abdominal hernia that has affected my everyday life. Maybe if patients werent lined up and treated like a production line, this would not have happened. Go elsewhere to have your endoscope

working in hospital as a doctor and a patient is in urgent condition. this endoscopy suite does not have a doctor hotline and hence does not transfer patient records quickly to hospitals and delay patient treatments. If you are a patient, try another endoscopy suite.

Making the booking on-line was easy, getting further information from an operator was a little unpleasant as she wasn't the most helpful over the phone before the procedure, where I needed my concerns addressed rather than read over about it on-line. The rest of my experience was fantastic considering the reason one has to visit this business . The front desk staff and the medical staff were amazing. Made you feel completely at ease. I wish them the best, and thank you.
