Dr Nima Pakrou is a really good surgeon, performed upper eyelid surgery and was caring through out the whole process. The results are also looking very natural. Highly recommended.

Absolutely appalled that this clinic is listed as LGBTQ Friendly and Transgender safe on Google. My partner arrived to find reception had changed her gender to male, from the female she had selected on her intake form. Everyone from the moment she arrived referred to her as Mr. and he, even after corrected. Mr. was also put on all of her bills and prescriptions, which could make getting rebates more difficult, as shes legally & officially female and referred to as Miss or Ms everywhere else. None of her other doctors have this issue. When challenged on this, reception settled forMx. Disgusted that theyd put her through all this, and it might snowball when we have to explain to insurance why its listed wrong. Plus, the doctor mixed up which eye needed treatment and generally didnt listen to her concerns. Altogether, they seem disorganised and uncaring. Expected better from a private practice. Wont go here again.
