Been going to this doctor for many years but will no longer be going as he refuses to see me until I've had the Vax. Very rude staff also. I thought doctor's were meant to have a duty of care towards their patients. Have since found a doctor who doesn't force their veiws on me

I dont know why they have 5 stars only when they dont even deserve 5 stars . Absolutely disgusting and appalling behaviour to not only me but other patients. Ive been going here for years since I was a child and they have new inexperienced staff who dont know what their doing. Specifically one that sits in the Conner the Arab one thinks she runs the place and so rudely told me to shut up and was yelling at me and interrupted Me 10 times while talking to the other receptionist who also had attitude and wouldnt accept my Medicare card just so I would pay the fee. Like someone who is feeling pain doesnt need all that extra headache how idiotic can you be, just sit there and do your job. As for the doctor, his always had attitude I remember growing up my mum would never say anything but now that Im grown I spoke up for us, his shocking behaviour and youd think that hed but more understanding but his the one that full on kicked me and my mum out physically and so rude without even hearing our side of the story and kept saying you were wrong, its staff over patients which is totally opposite and goes against his practice because his so racist and only nice to those who are the same nationality as they are! so good luck with anyone that goes here because they will get treated like dogs. If you respect yourself do yourself a favour and save yourself the the trouble. I did not feel safe and I wouldnt want anyone going either. I went to the one across the road from them and they treated me way better and took me in with open arms thats how any clinic should be not like this horrific situation disgusting behaviour!
