        I saw Gina Trackman dietician because between multiple autoimmune diseases, fodmap, anti-inflammatory etc diets it was getting too much to work out what was best. Her genius suggestion was to just eat everything because she didn't know why i was reacting to the foods i knew about. Despite the fact that heaps of food throw me into pain, bloating, muscle spasms etc.
