I was grateful to CME for fitting me in at short notice when nobody else would, but since then Ive largely had disappointing experiences. Just attended an appointment that did not need to be scheduled, but was scheduled anyway due to lack of internal communication despite clear communication from myself.
I was also told I couldnt take the Telehealth appointment with my video off (Medicare rebate rules) and would either need to turn it on, cancel or accept a significantly reduced rebate. This despite just having told the doctor that Ive done my neck and was lying down on an ice pack. How would Medicare possibly know whether my camera was on?! Speaks to a lack of critical thinking and compassion.
