5EW is hands down the best gym I've ever been a member of. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Facilities are modern and clean. The SPT (semi personal training) classes are well structured, challenging but enjoyable at the same time, capped at 6 people per class so you get plenty of attention & guidance from the trainer. The style of class changes every month to keep things interesting. I actually look forward to the gym now and go far more often than I did with previous memberships. I highly recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of your fitness level or experience. There's a real sense of community here.

Joining 5EW is one of the best investments I couldve made for my health. I was initially drawn to their holistic approach to health and the promise of keeping accountability. In my previous experience with other gyms, Ive struggled with consistency due to the lack of accountability and the general unwelcoming vibes. I was often too intimidated to even go near the weights section. Im so happy with my decision to join 5EW! The gym is full of warm and welcoming people, and their approach to health has taught me so much on how things outside of exercise affect your general wellbeing. Shoutout to my PT, Tim, who has taught me so much on the importance of good form, nutrition, and consistency!!

My experience with 5EW has been largely positive. I just completed the 6 week challenge with no prior gym experience to now feeling more confident in myself. The coaches have all been supportive and super helpful in explaining and demonstrating the exercises, including different variations for different levels of skill. The SPT sessions are really good and everyones been friendly and encouraging. The gym is also quite holistic in that they have yoga facilities, a cold plunge tub, infrared sauna and a little cafe at the entrance. It is boutique but the challenge has allowed me to see what a difference making a commitment to myself looks like

Just completed the 6 week Challenger program - pretty dramatic increase in fitness level in the short time since starting. Pretty safe to say nutrition, energy levels, strength and endurance all up, getting into better shape certainly a plus. Team here have been top notch and super helpful and the facilities are great. The daily check in and communication while on the challenge has been a big driver in being able to push myself to the finish line.
