I highly recommend Trevor's hypnotherapy sessions. My husband was suffering from anxiety issues, which has dissipated after taking the full program of sessions. My husband can now move forward into life without fear, and be free to enjoy life and the changes that come with it.

Trevor is an excellent hypnotherapist, as well as a kind and caring individual who really puts in the time and effort to help his clients. I took a six week program and I can't thank him enough for helping to heal my struggles with insomnia, which I had been dealing with off and on for years. I have since been sleeping better than I thought possible. I highly recommend his services.

I contacted Trevor because I was having certain personal family issues which were bringing me a lot of stress and anxiety and it was affecting my day to day life. I spoke to Trevor before meeting him and a lot of things were explained and after my first session I could see that his program would address my approach to my problems. His program gave me the ability to resolve my problems and a new way of looking at how I think about my life. He was well informed and understanding. I think anyone who is dealing with stress and anxiety should look into his ontrack program.

He is a committed and passionate practitioner that gets results. Hypnotherapy can not guarantee outcomes, but if anybody can do it, Trevor can. His most striking feature is his humanityand unwaveringcare for people. He stopped my life long nail biting habit, by insistingon a full program instead of ad hoc sessions, which did the trick.
