I seriously wanted to give this business a good review. Its owner seemed like a competent, professional person. However throughout the 3 weeks "job" - which was to make and install TWO cabinets - I lost not only patience but my own money due to continuous rescheduling and lack of communication. I ended up hiring another installation company which finally finalised this little project for me. It took them exactly 2 hours to do the same work F.A.K. needed 2 weeks for. I am a very accommodating customer and am always giving a businesses, freelancers and young professionals a chance should the task go south at some stage - but I think that the scheduling and logistics of this simple task were ridiculous. Five times I have had to take a time off my work meetings (free-lancing = no money for me) and ended up with empty promises , constant rescheduling and finally losing my own client. At the end, F.A.K. CEO showed up to pick up his tools - left at my place over Christmas - and never showed up again (after what I thought was a sincere discussion preceding the long-awaited finish of the job). The only reason I'm giving two stars not one, is that the fridge cabinet seems solid (although unfinished) and well planned/measured. With three weeks of my time gone, two cabinets more and over 2K (incl. my own lost business) less in my pocket, I am wiser with that experience. I won't do the same mistake of being too trusting again. Taking advantage of someone being understanding and patient, is not a good way of making business, mate.

We had the guys at fast affordable kitchens help us with a kitchen upgrade. They were friendly, polite and very approachable when it came to our annoying design changes. I cannot recommend fast affordable kitchens highly enough!
