        Would not recommend this firm. I found Chandler difficult to deal with, slow, and at times, dismissive. We did our initial planning and design with them and after our project manager pulled out, we pulled out too. What happened next was indicative of their approach. When they heard it was over, they rang 7 times in a row non-stop during dinnertime with my family and when I finally answered, they were dismissive on the phone. To make matters worse, they then refused to send their drawings to the new architect (who we now are so much happier with!), losing us months. A real petty act that flies in the face of professional courtesy. Beware of this company if you are considering a build. There are so many better options out there.
