Worst female receptionist ever. She was rude, unhelpful and painful to speak to. I havent even had my appointment yet but know I wont visit again!

The staff are definitely friendly and welcoming however if you are after a Dermatologist that will spend time with you and answer any questions this is not the place for you. The doctor barely spent 5 minutes with me, completely rushed through the process and any questions I had were left to be answered by a nurse who was unsure of what to advise me. I thought the whole idea of paying $250 for an "initial" consult was that the consultation should take a little longer than a standard appointment. Back at the desk and the eftpos machine was placed in front of me without any verbal communication as to the cost or the process of claiming the medicare rebate. Overall it was a disappointing patient experience and I'll be looking for another Dermatologist where I'm treated as a real person and not left with that churn and burn feeling.

Dr. Emma Veysey and Dr Alfonso Perez have ZERO idea on diagnosing skin conditions. My dad was treated for fungus...eczema .. psoriasis.. dermatitis..they used ultra violet light treatment..7 months on he was finally referred to Monash medical because nothing this clinic did worked despite payment being taken each and every visit. Monash medical were the only one who diagnosed severe eczema and he is now undergoing extreme treatment.

My husband waited nearly 8 weeks to see Ms Gunatheesan the Appt was over within 5 minutes she did not explain why he has the condition or how to avoid it. She left the room after writing the script without saying anything so he assumed she was coming back. It was clear after 5 minutes she was not returning. For the hefty initial fee of $250 you would expect her to spend time with her patients after all my husband was paying for her services not the other way around. My advise is to avoid her that behaviour is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
